MS Office XP SP1

I am running Win XP Pro and Office XP. Went to the MS site to download and install the SP1 pkg.
During the download I was called away (figured the thing could download and install by itself)
Unfortunately when I returned the update had terminated without completeing.
I tried to get and reload the download but it will not install (erroe 1328).
I now have the download on my system but cannot get it installed. What can I do to get this installed properly. I assume this is because if the original failed install.
Any help will be appreciated.

FYI
I returned this CD to the university software counter and they gladly replaced it with a full version. I can now install the patches and updates with no problems.
No explanations were given as to why I got this particular version, but, they are supposed to look into it.
