Undelete e-mail

From time to time I delete email messages I will probably never look at again. I did so just now, and, as usual, held down the Shift key to bypass Recycle. I now discover there was one message I really should have kept. It's not a big deal, but out of curiosity I wonder if there is some way to get that message back, even though it didn't go into the bin? I'm using IE5.5.

HarryC,

Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express? If so there may be a way of recovering it. If not, your email service may still have the message located somewhere on the server. Maybe
