start up CD??

Hello!
I need to create a start up disk so that I can reformat C drive, but my floppy disk drive doesn't work.
Does anyone know if it is possible to create a startup CD?
If not, can I create a start up floppy disk on my sisters computer, copy the contents of the floppy onto CD and boot up from that CD on my computer so that I can reformat my C drive?
Please help! I'm not that good with computers.

If you sis has a cd writer then she can create a bootable CD.

With Nero or Easy CD when you create a bootable CD it will ask for a Floppy to take the neccessary files.
