System Devices error in Device Manager

ECS K7S6A Motherboard
Athlon 2000+XP Processor
ATI Radeon7000 graphics card

I have built a pc and loaded in ME and in Device Manager under System Devices and error is on Motherboard resources, it says that it is causing a resource conflict (Code 15).

What is this and how can I get rid of it??

PS Just realised that the error wasnt there till I installed the graphics card

hmm sounds like the graphics card is conflicting with something...
does the mobo have on board graphics? if so you need to turn them off when you install a seperate graphics card

No onboard graphics, used this board before no probs with other cards, just reading the manual now to see if I can find anything
