Can anyone help?

My screen is blurry in the centre, and not sure what settings to look at to adjust it. The screen also appears to have a slight bow in it.

You could try to Degauss it if your monitor supports this (most do). It is in your monitor options, usually there is an options button on the front or behind a hidden panel. Also, if you have any speakers near the monitor, the magnets on the speakers could cause distortion in the picture. Typically, speakers designed for computers are shielded to prevent this, or in some cases, the magnet just isn't powerful enough to cause problems, but if you have any standard stereo speakers nearby, move them away. If this is the cause, once the speakers are moved away, the monitor will correct itself within a couple of days.

Hi Baser-X
Thanks for that , but have tried that and no luck..seems to be a portion in the middle of any page that is blurry. have tried out all the settings on the monitor, none of which seem to help
