Reinstall Windows 95

Hi,
Yesterday I formatted my computer. Now, I realize I made a stupid mistake, namely my boot disk Win95 hasn't got the drivers of the CD-rom !!!.
I have already downloaded the bootdisk from the site.
My question is easy : Do I only have to put in the downloaded bootdisk or must I do a particularly instruction ? (I have never formatted and reinstalled Win95).

Shut down the PC, insert floppy into floppy drive, boot PC. When you get to the a:\> prompt (the CD-ROM will likely be the e drive, watch screen as you boot), insert CD in CD player, type in e:\setup. Windows should begin loading.
