how do i upgrade from 98 to xp
how many does the upgrade for xp take,i mean how much RAM is needed to up grade from 98 to xp.what is the minimum ram for xp and for NT
you can also give me for:-
1)95
2)98
3)2000
4)XP
you can help me with the minimum ram of the above operating systeems

After searching google for a few minutes using system requirements (OS) as keywords I found the following for you. Me memory is not as good as it used to be so I had to cheat.

Win95 - 8megs
Win98 - 16megs
WinNT - 64megs
win2k/xp - 128

However, I would recomment doubling what Microsoft recomments for ram. Fewer problems.
