Unhappy ***Computer freezing***

Need computer help!!!

I have Windows ME, P4 2.4 I don't know what is wrong with my computer. It freezes when I play games like Counter strike and Warcraft3. It freezes every 15 mins into the game. Could it be my video card? I have a Ti 4200 128mb Nvida. Could it be my P4 over cooking because thats what happened to my other computer. Please e-mail me Leftnutqman@yahoo.com
Thank you for your time.

-Make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card and the latest DirectX installed.

-Have you tried running DXDIAG and then launching the ‘DirectDraw’ and ‘Direct3D’ tests in the ‘Display’ section, just to see if it comes up with any errors?

-Random crashes could be due to a heat problem.

-Do you have enough cooling in your case?

-Disable any programs running in the background not needed.
