can someone tell me what is the best Peer-2-Peer spam filter for Outlook??

The best one is still subject to individual opinions. You may want to go to zdnet.com or cnet.com and see if they done any reviews on it yet. They are my sources for reviews.
My favorite one is mailwasher. Whether or not you consider it p2p I do not know. It does compares all email to a couple of dns blacklist server and bounce those that are identified as spam. You can also bounce and blacklist individual emails while it is still on the server before downloading to Outlook. The best thing about it is the pro version will also check hotmail accounts.
