Appreciate some assistance.

Understand that if a User (who has a Password for his own Desktop) is removed, that the software he installed on his Desktop is not removed from the PC. Shortcuts, personal settings will be gone, etc.

But, the programs he had, are they going to show up on the Desktop that everyone can now access?

If not, how does he use or access any program he had installed just on his Desktop?

Sure could use some help on this one.
Thanks in advance.

Well programs will be or atleast I should say should be there, how ever they will not show up on the desktop not all of them. As all the short cuts are "user specific" so if you delete that certain user it will delete all the desktop settings for that user. How ever all the programs will be in the programs folder "start" "programs" .....
For instance on my computer I have all kinds of short cuts to mapped drives, programs and folders. But my wife has a different account and she has nothing on her desktop but like three things. She can still access all the programs through the start menu though.

If the only shortcuts have been deleted, and if it is not under start - progam files on the bottom left of your desktop, all you have to do is to go to the program files folder and find the specific folder, open the folder, and look at the names and quess which one starts the software. Usually it will have extensions such as .bat, .com, or .exe. Just don't click on anything with install/uninstall in the file name.
