how can I use my computer like a phone with my headset? I know it can be done. I just don't know how.
Could someone help me with this?

Do you mean how to open it up in your computer?? programs>accessories>communications>phone dialer.

I know how to open up phone dialer. The problem is that the line I dial does ring but they cannot hear me. I know the headset works because I use it on my Yahoo Messenger.
