Help Please!!!!

On my work computer, twice this msdos screen (the title bar says msdos qwerty) pops up saying:

C:\WINDOWS\JAVA\CLASSES>
C:\WINDOWS\JAVA\CLASSES>echo off
Bad Command or file name
All file in directory will be deleted!
Are you sure (Y/N)?

I've run trend micro housecall and nortons and it doesn't detect a virus, but I'm sure this may be one... I have no idea what sets it off. I don't know if I should delete the file C:\WINDOWS\JAVA\CLASSES\qwerty.reg which seems to be the cause of the problem. I run numerous searches on the net for any information relating to this but have come up empty handed.

Please any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Check your Startup programs for a Program or .BAT file that is running at startup.

Seems to be a DOS Batchfile that is running, setting the Directory and then Deleting the files in that Directory.
