Which Morpheus?

I currently have the (free)Morpheus v.3.3 but recently I found a version for .99 or 1.00/month, Iwas wondering which one should I use. I know that it doesn,t have any spyware thats why I switched because kazaa had this and a lot of extras. I'm wondering should I go to the paid version since the RIAA has been going after the p2p users, I mean what are the rules for Morpeus users and what should we do?

Unfortunately, I don't think nayone here can really tell you the best way to go. You obviously have heard that there are files being downloaded "illegaly", it's not for anyone here to say yeah go ahead and use such and such a program, it all comes down to your own opinion, with which program/way you want to download stuff. I'd be inclined to maybe do a Google search looking for the legalities of everything, then form your own opinion, before deciding what's best for you!!
