I have 2 operating systems installed on my computer, Win 2K and Win XP but the XP doesn't work. How do I delete that operating system off my computer?

W2K should be in WINNT
WinXP should be in Windows
so you should safely be able to delete the Windows folder.
This still leaves files though as both will use
Documents and Settings and Program Files
Also you would have to edit the boot.ini file to remove the Windows XP entry.
If you open the boot.ini file (from C:\ root) and paste it here we can tell you what to remove. (you will have to enable explorer to show hidden files)
To get rid of XP completelt you would have to format & reinstall W2K.
