Creating a Bootable CD

I have a Cd writer and Nero 5.5 Cd burn Software installed. How do I go
about burning a Bootable CD with windows 98 setup on it ?
please help.

Make sure you have a Win98 Startup Floppy.
Open Nero and choose to start a Bootable CD project.

It will ask for the Floppy to take the Boot files from.
