Need to restore Recycle Bin

I recently bought Symantec's Systemworks 2004 and had many problems installing successfully. In an attempt to uninstall I had to go into the registry to delete keys (suggested by a FAQ in Symantec's knowledge base). In the process both my recyle bin and the Recycle folder on my C:drive got deleted. I tried running Windows repair from my installation CD but it didn't restore the Recycle bin. Is there anything I can do short of re-installing Windows 2K from Scratch?

I followed the instructions and it worked like a charm. I can't beleive how many hours I spent searching microsoft and symatec knowledge bases, for nought. I really appreciate your help on this one.
