Outlook / VPN / AOL broadband / Zonealarm

Hi,

I have been running MS Outlook 2000 under Windows 2000 at home to connect to my office email system, which runs under MS Exchange. The system is protected by ZoneAlarm firewall. I connected via Cisco VPN, using AOL as my ISP, and everything was running OK.

However, I have now moved to AOL Broadband, and the system is not running well at all! I can start VPN all right, and open Outlook, but I can't open any of the emails - I just get a perpetual egg timer.

I've tried AOL help, and my IT support at work, but they haven't been any real help.
