I have an IBM TP that has a external Floppy Drive and CD Rom.
Only one can be installed at a time. The BIOS dose not allow or provide options to boot from CD only Floppy and HD. The hard drive has been formated and partitioned. I am trying to install Win 98SE. How can I swap the floppy for the CD ROM to get to the start-up files and install Win 98
