hi all,
i've just bought a cpu: http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=47546.
i now need a motherboard. I've heard some good things about this one: http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=50157.
My case has 2 USB ports and a firewire port built into the case. It doesnt mention in the motherboard spec or on the asus website wether any of the 4 usb ports are onboard (so i can make use of my case's ports.)
can anyone tell from the picture if this has onboard usb or does anyone know of a motherboard that has onboard usb and firewire ports so that i can use the ports on my case?
many thanks
- G
ps
what would you call onboard usb connectors? is that the right term?

Based on the item description, you'll have no problems using the case ports for USB. Can't say with the firewire though. You'll need to read the mobo manual to figure out which connections on the board go to the case USB. The onboard USB will also be available.
