Question reinstalling w2k
my stolen laptop was just returned to me and the perp installed winxp (which i dont have and of course cannot log on). How can I reinstall my win2k os? I have the win2k cd rom , but when i try to boot up through the cd-rom it takes me to win xp... please help

Make sure that the laptop is set to boot from CD. You can set this in the BIOS.

Other options would be to download the setup disks
