Can't Remove A Program

I can't remove Juno and it's causing problems. I tried to remove it through add/remove and it starts to remove it then freezes up. So I tried to remove it with Norton Commander and it made Norton freeze up so desperate to get this off the PC I went into program files and tried right clicking right on the Juno folder and deleteing it and it frooze up the machine again. Any suggestions on how to get it off this machine would be greatly appreicated.

Hi kuzzz...well, you followed the instructions at the Juno support site, but trying to just delete it was asking for trouble.

Try booting to Safe Mode (tap F8 repeatedly just before the "Starting Windows 95" and choose the Safe Mode number - 3, if I remember correctly). Then use Add/Remove Programs and see if it will uninstall.
