Norton Error

Hi !
I am using Norton 2002 as my anti virus program. Since a last few days I am unable to use scan. If I try to scan a file I get thefollowing error.

Char : 2
Error in loading DLL
Code : 0
URL : res://C:\PROGRAM FILES\NORTON SYSTEMWORKS\NORTON ANTIVIRUS\NAVCOMUI.DLL/ScanProg.htm

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page ?
If I click Yes/ No , It justs keeps on scanning endlessly and I have to terminate the program using Ctrl/Alt/Del. I reinstalled NAV. but the error still pops up . My O.S. is Windows 98 SE
PLEASE HELP..

Have you contacted Norton Support regarding this? Try their support site and send them an Email.
