pop ups

this morning when i woke up there were over 50 pop ups on my computer...how do i get rid of all of them...they won't go away!

Opps sorry...It's something you really must have..It removes spyware which is probably causing your problem..you can download and run it from here..make sure you update it before running

Two of the most popular spyware removal programs is spybot or adaware. You can get both at http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/bro...rtIdx,1,00.asp

Also turn off your windows messenger which will give you popups. You can do it by following the instructions at http://www.itc.virginia.edu/desktop/docs/messagepopup/

Finally run popup stopper to keep all other popups from bugging you while online. Personally I use popup stopper from http://www.panicware.com
