Phonetalk trouble

I am having trouble setting up my computer to use as a phone. I want to be able to use my modem/microphone/speakers to make a call to a number, chat just like on a normal phone (using the microphone and speakers to hear them) BUT ALSO i want the person who i am talking to be able to hear files that i play off my computer (example i want them to hear a .wav file i have got) AND i want to be able to record the conversation with all the sounds ect that i have played. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP AS I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO SET THIS UP AND WHAT PROGRAMS I NEED !!!!

Here's one of several programs for Voice over internet http://win2phone.com/ which allows you to make PC to phone calls if you wish to pay for the call, or PC to PC (including Mac) calls for free.

To record the call, because the computer will be busy you might find it more effective recording onto tape or Minidisc etc connected to the line out of the sound card.

hmm the computer to computer part was free last time I looked. As to the recording, I think you will find that recording it externally will get better results because the computer will be otherwise occupied
