Every time I click on the Internet Explorer icon, all I get is the error message "The page cannot be displayed". Any ideas why? My AOL connection seems fine. I have IE six.

I heard you can establish your connection with AOL and then minimize AOL to the tray, open IE and use it instead of AOL.
You also could try going to control panel, Add/Remove, Microsoft Internet Explorer, click to remove it and a box will appear offering the option to repair IE, select repair.

I am using Windows XP Home. The instructions above did not lead to a boz offering to repair IE, only to uninstall it. Meanwhile, I downloaded Netscape, and it seems amazingly fast, even compared to when IE was working okay. What is going on with my system?
