cant start windows

i recently upgraded to 2000 pro from 98 now windows wont start it keeps rebooting i can only start in safe mode ive run anti virus etc and nothing ive been to windows update and nothing help please

You may have uncompatible hardware for w2k or drivers. Try updating the video driver first and see what that does.
