Windows restarts every time

I have not been able to get past the Win2000 logo screen without restart. I have tried safe boot, etc. but the same thing happens. Any ideas, tips, suggestions, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to CTH

Appears to be a hardware conflict.

Do you have an Emergency Repair Disk?

If not you can download the disks required to boot Here

Download W2K Pro: Complete Set In One Package follow the instructions. Once downloaded double click on the file and follow the prompts to make the W2K boot disks.

Then boot with disk #1 and follow the prompts. You eventually will get to a screen and have a choice, Choose REPAIR.

I used the ERD and now instead of saying I am missing a file, it continuously reboots. What did I do wrong?
