Monitor colors

Okay... I'm a computer idiot... guess that's why I'm here... at work they were selling old systems... so I bought one for the kids... for games... however, the color palette is only 16 color or monochrome.... the games generally are 256... I don't have that option... any idea on how I can upgrade this? I do have a Windows 95 disc, but I can't seem to find any details on it...

We need more info about the computer itself. If it is too old, you may not be able to change the color.


However, try right clicking on desktop, click on property, click on settings, try changing your color there.

Not sure how old it is.... I can find out.... I believe it's a Pentium 133 (is there such a thing?)... 4Megs of hard drive and 32 bit RAM....
