Streaming Radio On Web Site

DOes anyone know if there's anywhere/anyone who allows one to add streaming radio to their web sites, preferably free?? :)

I've been looking into this site...

But before diving into trying anything, I'm a little unsure as to how it can be added to a web site for free. I have got together a set of "radio stations", and would like to have them added if possible!! :)

Shoutcast (http://www.shoutcast.com) is another option but that requires you to be connected to the internet whilst "broadcasting"

Hmmmmmm, now that may not be a problem, cos the computers on pretty much 24/7, but I wonder if that could cause security issues, as in folks getting into my computer?
