Folders and Files Problem

Hello, everytime I click on a file or folder other than an application the 'Find Files and Folders' program comes up. How can I get this back to its original state to have the file or folder open?

Go to Folder Options>File Types> File Folder
Double click on it.
In the actions box you'll see find is in bold letters. That means it has been set as default. click the set as default button. Do it again if necessary until nothing is highlighted. The default open should be set now. Open is not listed here. But is will be set.

Hello, thank you very much for the tip, i should have known, I guess I need to brush up on my Win98x knowledge, just never came across this problem. Have a great weekend. Oh before I leave , I wanted to ask u one other thing-lol. I downloaded a theme called moon goddess, then uninstalled it, however, it still left a logo in all my explorer windows whenever I open a file or folder. I appreciate your help, if you have time I hope you can answer that one. Thanx.

Sorry for the delay in answering.. Do you still have that program listed in Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel? If so then try to remove it there.. If not then It is probably in the Registry.. I'm not sure as to where it would be, but maybe someone will be along that could help you...
