Is there a .reg file I can download were it would restore all the factory settings in the windows regestry ?

A formatt would do that fine. If you restore the registry to the way it was when you bought the PC, then you would have to reinstall everything anyways. SO the easiest way would be to Format...

What problems are you having? That would be a good start....

I know its not much of a big deal but...

You know when you open internet explorer and the dial-up connection window pops up with it ?

Well sometimes I would exit it just to get to the dial-up window and dial to my ISP and play games online. I think ever since yesterday when I open IE and exit the dial-up connection window would close down with it.

Any idea on how this happined cuz I have no clue

Hmm, I'm not real sure about this one. I use AOL so everything is different....

If there has been a change in it then have you installed or uninstalled anything prior to the change occuring?

I think I uninstalled a game I don't play anymore. uuummmm.... I'm not sure I uninstalled on that day but I remember uninstalling it sometime ago.
