Where do I go to change the size of the Task Bar Icons (not the Tool Bar Icons). For some reason they have shrunk to about 1/4 size and are undescernable. I tried the Start/Settings/Control Panel/Display/Appearance but can't find anything that controls the Icon size.

Hmmm Let's see...
These setings will affect the size of taskbar text/icons and systray icons:
Control Panel>Display>Settings - Font Size = Small?
Desktop resolution changed?

Just answered this at NoWonder; is this a test? Anyway the best way is to change you Scheme and then change it back to what you want. Windows standard is the default.

Thanks smurfy and tramtwo. The secret was
partially in the SCHEME setting BUT it needed a re-boot too. We like the SCHEME set at Windows large, which doesnt change the Icon size but does change the font size under the desktop Icons, to a more readable size. This site works much better than NoWonder!
This was for my wife's PC and she's happy again. Thanks.
