When running scandick I get an error stating "there is a problem on my D drive". "There may be physical errors on this drive that can only be detected and corrected by performing a thorough test". Do you want to proceed with a thorough test?
I ask it to correct the problem and the next message I get is "The 'D:\Program Files\ArcSoft PhotoBase2.0 SE\PF_20\PAlbums' folder is damaged.

The entries that identify this folder and the folder it is in are missing or damaged. This may prevent you from using the folder or its contents. ScanDisk repairs the error by correcting these entries.

If I try to delete it I get nowhere and when I try to have scandisk fix it I get the same result. Nada.
How do I fix?

maybe reinstall the software.
sometimes the software gets corrupt and then cant be deleted,so if you reinstall then see if the problem is still there,if so try to delete it then.

Just to add to ironside's comments, if the re-install over the top doesn't work, try to uninstall it first then do a new install of that program.

I don't know if when you say "delete" you mean "uninstall". But just to be on the safe side, never delete a program if it was installed through windows. Always do an "uninstall" through windows in Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Just checking. http://www.cybertechhelp.com/ubb/smile.gif

But on a rare occation you may need to nuke it by going out to the DOS prompt and "deleting" it there. But only do that if all else fails.
