when i keep working on my pc,it suddenly goes to standby mode.so far,this problem has occured when i play a two player game (smackdown 2. ) i have disabled standby in power management.

Go into the BIOS and disable or turn off the ACPI bus, it will turn off the power management functions but might solve your problem.

It might be a problem with the motherboard, see if your motherboard manufacturer has a self diagnostic program you can download that can test everything on the motherboard.
