I just switched to Bellsouth.net and wanted to talk to one of the online techs. When I opened the box, the print was large and there were no scroll bar at the bottom or on the right side and the message box to type in was below the frame. I tried changing the text size but that didn't help. Anyone with Bellsouth.net had this problem and if so, how did you fix it.

Hello, I don't have bellsouth.net, but I went to their help website and had no problem of viewing their pages. I am viewing their website at 800x600 pixels. Go to your desktop , right click, click on properites, then settings, what is the configuration that you are viewing your pages. Post back please. hth

its not the print on the desktop, its the print on the internet. I need to call bellsouth and ask them. thanks for your help
