fatal exception

I keep getting a fatal exception when I try to access the floppy, CDROM, or try to reboot. The fatal exception is "OD @ FFFF:0000FFFF

Any ideas if this is a hardware, memory or software problem?

you could try to pull out your memory and reseat it, I had simular problems like this and it almost always turns out to ram.
