Photoshop plugins???

Hi I are trying to learn how to use photoshop, have a lot of plugins however I dont have a clue how to load them into PShop or how to use same, any directions / helpful sites apprieciated, unfortuanatly I try to learn too much too soon, have flaming pear, eye candy etc, seem good, but I dont know what they do!!

Now do mean plugins that are in the drop down menu? or did you buy new plugins and you want to put them into photoshop?

You normally install them by just dropping the file into the plugins folder inside photoshop's folder in Program Files, the location changes for different versions
