Flash to Quicktime or WMP

How do I go about saving a flash movie in either Quicktime or Windows Media Player? Thanks

you can select Quicktime in publish settings and then publish to a .mov file

Where is the publish settings option? There are no drop down menus in the flash player animation!

The options I was referring to are in the full Flash product, I was assuming it was a flash file you were developing yourself. I don't think it's possible from the player, unfortunately.
