In the past, I have been able to watch a video, press the "Print Scrn" button my keyboard, open Paint, paste, and my screen as well as the video screencapture would be copied. Sometimes it would come up black rather than the video and sometimes it would be perfect.
Yesterday and today, it has been like pulling teeth. Trying every little variation to try to get it to work. Having Paint minimized. Making the video smaller. So on and so forth. It is almost never working now. Is there an easier or more effective way to do this? If not, can you tell me what might be the problem with my computer? I really need to be able to do this.
