error in KERNEL32.DLL

Hi, I don’t know if anyone can help me, when I shut down my PC, I always get the following error message-

Taskmon has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL taskmon will now close
If you continue experiencing problems please restart your computer.

Can anyone help?

- Open your Windows folder on your C drive, in it you will see a folder named "APPLOG".

- Right-click it, rename it to "APPLOG2" Restart your computer, you will now see two folders "APPLOG" and "APPLOG2".

- Delete APPLOG2. This should solve the problem.
