I have a problem with scandisk.When i have a bad shut down it doesn't start.my msdos.sys is set to autoscan=1 and it won't run.

Go to start / run / type msconfig / click on the advancd button / and make sure that the Disable ScanDisk after bad shutdown checkbox is unchecked.
