HELP-TASKBAR

My daughter accidently moved the taskbar to the top of the computer, and no matter what I do I can't get it back to the bottom. When I try to drag it, it just gets bigger, but doesn't move. How do I move it back. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Click in the exact middle of the taskbar and then try to drag it to where you want it. I have this feeling you are trying to drag it from the very top or the very bottom. :)
