I noticed that my Recycling Bin is running Very Very Very Slow. It takes forever for even small files to be deleted. What Should I do?

Hi there,
A few things to think about.
Scandisk and Defrag every month or two.
Make sure each disk partition has at least 100 megs of free space.
Don't let the Bin get too full. The more data to remove from the bin the longer it will take.
An over-buildup of .tmp files can make a mess of things, .tmp files stored in the Windows Folder in the Temp Folder.
Also read this---> http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q249/0/36.asp
That's all I can think of for now.

Ok I found out what is slowing my Recycling Bin Down. It was my safe & Sound program backing up my deleted files. I changed the options so that it doesn't include backing up files.
