This is the post.

I downloaded TDS-3 and ran the program. Didn't show any trojans, but did show these.

Suspicious Filename: Dual extensions
File: c:\cpqs\patches\77777777.pif.pif

Suspicious Filename: Dual extensions
File: c:\cpqs\patches\77777778.pif.pif

Was wondering if anyone had any input on this. Should I worry, or is it nothing?

Once again, appreciate all your help!!

Your probably running a Compaq machine.

These pif files(Program Information Files) belong to a backup
system installed by Compaq. PIF files have been used by Trojans
and viruses because they can execute functions. This is why the
Trojan checker marked them as suspicious.

Hi, Spider! Thanks for the info, and AM using a Compaq. Getting things back up and running after last crash. Still working bugs out, but haven't seen the BSOD again, so thats good!! So I guess the suspicious files are nothing to worry about. Once again, thanks!!
