Closing Programs

Hello: When promped to close all running programs in the close program diaglog box should I close all of them and will they be re-installed afterward.Can you explain how this works.

People generally leave "Explorer' and 'Systray' running.
These are the minimum to keep your GUI (Windows) running.

You can 'End-Task' any others.
Windows just unloads their respective running files.
They can be restarted by double-clicking on their shortcuts or via Start-Programs.

The 'End-Task' progs are not uninstalled, merely closed down until you restart them.
