my settings are really off. I rebooted my computer and then all my settings are really off. My desktop is so wide and the icons are so small and my color settings are so distorted. The problem is I can't change my settings. The resolution bar seems to be froozen in one spot I can't move it. Also, when I do change it, it stays the same and nothing is changed. Please someone help me. Thank you

Appears your Video Drivers got corrupted some how.
If you can see "My Computer" right click on it, then go to "Properties" Now click on the "Device Manager" TAB.
Hopefully you can see the entries. You should have an entry called Graphics, click on the + sign and you will see another entry under that. Highlight that entry and hit the REMOVE button.
Now reboot and Windows should reinstall your Video Driver.
