Alright, i have 3 major problems with my computer

1-I have random Iexplore has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL error message that just pops up randomly. I have tried renaming my applog to applog2 then restarting the computer and deleting applog2 (like suggested in another topic) but it doesnt work

2-When i close my computer, there is a error message sayin Explorer has caused an error in <Unknown>, but it doesnt stop the computer from closing or restarting

3-My internet wont work. lol . I have rogers@home and for some odd reason it stopped working 2 days ago. Actually, it started to work on and off around the exact time that the error messages started to showup and that a bunch of popups started comming through. I have contacted tech support about this and suggested several things i could do but nothin has worked so they concluded that it must be a problem with my computer and not their service therefore they wont spend more time helping me. They said that a certain file had been modified after they had come to install my rogers and therefore it was my fault, but i reformatted my computer several times since they came so it could...or couldnt be that, but i dont remember what that file was or where it was.

Thx in advance to anyone who can help me

P.S. I removed a BUNCH of programs in msconfig AFTER these error messages started popping up but it hasnt helped to do anything except speed up my computer loading time.

I reccommend an updated virus scan first....followed by Adaware or Spybot scans and perhaps even Hijackthis scans. All the programs are free....

Anytime there are explorer and internet connectivity issues involved....the first place to look is infection with virus and malware.
