Hi SLIM,
Not knowing the wording of the error message or the version of IE that you're using, one possibility for an mshtml.dll error is documented in this MSKB article (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=265244)
If you don't want to upgrade to IE6 (which is the version that will now be available at the d/load links listed at the bottom of the page), users of Windows ME can d/load IE5 SP2 from here (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0a50996b-deb9-4a46-81da-abef1ebbd08a&DisplayLang=en)
If the above doesn't rectify or is not applicable to the problem you're experiencing, please post the exact wording of the mshtml.dll error message and the version of IE that you're currently using.

For IE6 and Windows ME, see if the information in this MSKB article (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=318153) is helpful.
In addition, if you have Yahoo Companion installed, uninstall it and see if that clears up the error message.

Just finished d/loading and installing IE6 SP1 on my ME partition, just to see which cab file housed mshtml.dll
Try replacing ie_1.cab with IEMIL_2.CAB when you follow the instructions to extract the file.
