I can't get into the control panel, I get a message Windows cannot access the path, file you may not be authorized to see this item. I am the administrator on my computer! I need to get in there because I need to add/remove I also have a message that there isn't enough memory. I ran Mcafee and also went to doxdesk.com where you can find parasites and these are not the problem. I can't get the recovery disk to run either. Any help for this college student with little experience on the puter would be greatly appreciated!
