Hi,
Use MSCONFIG or CTRL+ALT+DEL to see what is starting up.

Not a prob,
Go here to download HijackThis:
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt
Download "HijackThis" to a new folder, not a TEMP folder.
When HijackThis opens,click on "Scan".
When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press the "Save Log",,,, save the log to the download folder, and copy/paste the full,
entire log into this thread.
Do not edit, fix anything in the log unless advised....
Can you post the HijackThis log to this thread, please.
We can have a look see, to be safe.
Cheers

Another much easier way is just to reboot in safe mode, it's easy, just push F8 or CTRL depending on the computer while it is restarting.
